Farmhouse cheese

"Fermier" is the legal and controlled name of handmade cheeses from milk of the herd raised by the farmer. Each product is imbued with the taste of the farm and the area. The perfect expression of “terroir” (small geographical area) and “savoir-faire”. This results in high-quality cheeses, a limited-quantity production and a cheese uniqueness which is affected by the seasons.
