Preparation

Grate the cheddar. Cut the vegetables to a similar size to how the turkey will be cut. Prepare the marinade by mixing the ingredients. Cut the turkey into large cubes, season with salt and mix with the marinade.

Assemble the skewers by threading on alternating pieces of marinated turkey and vegetable. Brown the skewers in a pan with a drop of oil and finish cooking for 5 to 10 minutes in the oven at 180º. Sprinkle grated cheese over the skewers and return to the oven for a few minutes to melt.

Notes: You can store the skewers in the fridge after browning, and finish cooking them in the oven just before serving.
