Cut the cheese into wedges. Cook the frankfurters on a griddle or in a pan with a little oil until golden brown. Cut the rolls in half and spread them with the mustard. Place the frankfurters inside the rolls and put them on a baking tray. Put the cheese on top, covering the frankfurters, and place in a preheated oven until the cheese is slightly melted. Finish by adding the sauerkraut and serve immediately.

Notes

To cut the cheese more easily, it is a good idea to leave it in the fridge until the last moment.
