Preparation

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, strain and set aside. Cut slices of pecorino. Cut the basil leaves into thin strips and the black garlic into slices. Mix the pasta with the rest of the ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature or slightly warm.
