Cut the cheese into wedges. Cut the walnut bread into slices. For the dressing, place the apple juice and brown sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil to reduce to a sixth. Mix the reduced apple juice with the other ingredients for the dressing. Cut the apple and pear with skin into thin slices. Toast the walnut bread in the oven or toaster. Dress the assorted salad leaves with the dressing and mix with the fruit. Place a slice of bread on the salad and wedges of Camembert and drizzle a teaspoon of dressing over the cheese and bread. Notes Pair with cider - typical of the Normandy region
