Cut the garlic into thin slices. Chop the herbs. Toast the garlic in oil over a medium heat. Take off the heat and add the chopped herbs. Open the cheese and add the garlic and herbs. Place the cheese into its box and bake at 170ºC for 10 minutes. Serve with breadsticks or toast.
