Boil the macaroni in plenty of salted water. Cut the feta cheese, onion and courgette into dice, and the sausage into small pieces. Cook the onion with a little oil over a low-medium heat until golden brown, stirring gently, and set aside. In the same pan, brown the sausage and courgette with a little oil over a high heat. Add the caramelised onion, macaroni, feta cheese and oregano, and sauté all. Take off the heat, season with salt and pepper and drizzle on a little extra-virgin olive oil.
