Crumble the cheese with your fingers. Toast the bread. Cook the eggs in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Cover the toast with olive oil. Place the eggs on the toast, season with Maldon salt and arrange the cheese over the egg.


Notes: It can be served with a green juice.
