Stir-fried vegetables and feta bio with tamari

Cut the feta cheese into dice. Cut the onion and pepper into thin strips. Grate the carrot and courgette with a coarse grater. Cut the basil into thin strips.

In a wok or pan, heat a little olive oil, add the egg and break it by stirring. Add the vegetables and continue stir-frying for a minute over a high heat. Take off the heat and add the basil, cheese and tamari, mix thoroughly and serve immediately.
