A PDO cheese made from pasteurised cow’s milk from the Auvergne region. A semi-soft cheese with washed rind. Aged for between 8 and 10 weeks on beds of straw. Creamy and unctuous, the cheese’s aroma evokes freshly cut grass, sweet hay and flowers.
